Why CGS
One company specifies your entrance, installs it, and answers for it. Here's why we're able to promise that.
One company, from survey to service call.
We survey the site, specify the system, supply the hardware, install it, integrate it with whatever else you're running, train your people on handover, and service it afterwards. All of it under one contract, with one number to call. It's a more demanding promise than supplying equipment alone, and it's the reason this company is set up the way it is.
CGS is the only company bringing CAIMEN's range into Malaysia, and we deal with the factory directly rather than through anyone in between. That changes four things that matter on your site:
Parts come from the factory, not through a chain
When something needs replacing it comes from our own stock or directly from the manufacturer — not from three layers of resellers, each with a lead time and a margin.
Pricing has fewer hands in it
Every layer between a factory and a site adds cost. There are fewer of them here.
We're not customer number four hundred
When a technical question needs escalating to the people who designed the equipment, we can reach them.
And Malaysia is their proof case
This is CAIMEN's first market outside China, which makes every installation here the reference for everywhere they go next. They have as much invested in your site working as we do.
What's behind the hardware
CAIMEN was founded in 2013 and has spent thirteen years manufacturing access and parking equipment. Its facility holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification, with CE and FCC certification on the barrier-gate range, and more than 400 patents behind the engineering.
And the software isn't bought in either
Built in-house by CAIMEN, localized by CGS
Developed in-house by CAIMEN's software team. Hardware and software are engineered together from day one. CGS localizes the platform for Malaysian charging conventions, workflows, and rules.
We'll steer you to the cloud, and tell you why
No server room or site PC needed. Updates arrive automatically. Because recognition and access decisions execute at the gate controller, an internet outage never stops vehicles moving.
Local server deployment when required
Where site policy mandates that data must stay inside the building, the exact same platform runs on an on-premise local server — supported whenever strictly necessary.
Connects to what you already have
Integrates seamlessly with third-party building management, security, and accounting systems — fitting into your existing setup rather than forcing you to replace what works.
The part you can see for yourself
Everything above is a claim. This is where you can test some of it.
Our Shah Alam showroom runs live equipment. You can handle the hardware, watch plate recognition working on our demo units, and go through the management platform properly — occupancy, billing rules, reporting, remote video intercom — with someone there who can answer for all of it. Come and put it through whatever you'd want to test on your own site.
