Condominium Apartment Residential Entrance
Residential Solutions • Community Access

The gate isn't the problem. The visitors are.

Access systems for condominiums and gated communities, built around the part that actually causes complaints.

The Problem

An entrance can work perfectly for residents and still fall apart on visitors.

The committee wants a record. The guard wants fewer arguments. The residents want to get in without winding a window down.

Residents wait behind visitors who are still being logged, while guards leave their post to check arrivals.

Unpaid maintenance fees are hard to enforce without a way to intervene at the gate.

Access cards get lost or cloned, leaving management with unreliable logs when security issues arise.

WHAT WE PUT IN

System Architecture

01 / 04

A resident lane with nothing to present

An LPR controller reads the plate as the car pulls up and lifts the barrier — no card, no fob, no window down, and no waiting on a guard. For the tight single-lane entries common in older developments, a slim all-in-one unit puts camera, display and controller in one narrow housing; wider entrances take a full-size version.

02 / 04

Visitors handled two ways

Residents can register an expected visitor's plate in advance, so the car is recognised at the lane and the barrier lifts on arrival — no phone call to the unit and nobody stepping out of the guard post. For anyone turning up unannounced, the visitor management system speeds up registration at the guardhouse and keeps the record digital rather than on a clipboard.

03 / 04

Unpaid maintenance flagged at the lane

Management adds the vehicle to a watch list, and the system flags it the moment it's recognised on entry — so the committee knows as it happens and can follow whatever process it has agreed, instead of chasing on paper.

04 / 04

RFID where plate reading isn't the right fit

Two situations call for tags instead of a camera: a lane too short for a clean read on approach, and motorcycles, whose plates are small and rear-mounted. Residents who ride get a tag; everyone else is read by plate.

TRANSFORMATION

What changes

Residents stop queueing behind visitors. The guard stays at the post. Every entry and exit is logged with a plate, a time and an image, so the committee has a record without anyone keeping one by hand.
