Commercial Office Building Access & Parking Entrance
Commercial Solutions • High-Capacity Access Control

Everyone arrives at once. Twice a day.

Access and parking systems for office towers, retail and mixed-use buildings, built for the peak rather than the average.

The Challenge

A commercial car park is judged entirely on its worst twenty minutes.

Tenants queue on the ramp at the morning peak and again at six.

Visitor parking and tenant parking need different rules, and enforcing that manually costs a person.

A tenant with one bay registers two cars, and both turn up. Both get in, and nobody catches it.

Reconciling what was collected against what should have been is manual work, and never quite provable.

SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE

What we put in

01 / 05

A barrier fast enough for the peak

Our high-speed barrier opens in as little as 1.2 seconds, adjustable on site, so the barrier itself stops being what the queue is waiting for.

02 / 05

Rules that separate tenants from visitors

Plate recognition at the lane does the identifying, and charging and access rules are set by vehicle, by zone, and by time — so tenants, season-pass holders, visitors and after-hours access are all handled automatically.

03 / 05

One bay, one car at a time

A tenant can have two vehicles registered against a single bay, and the system enforces that only one of them is inside at any point — so a single entitlement can't be used twice over.

04 / 05

Pedestrian access, same platform

Facial recognition terminals handle lobby, lift lobby and staff entrances by face, card, or both — managed from the same login as the car park rather than a separate system.

05 / 05

Lift and visitor management on the same platform

Parking, access control, lift control, visitor management and attendance run under one account, so your building team manages one system.

TRANSFORMATION

What changes

The morning queue clears. Tenant, visitor and after-hours parking enforce themselves. And every entry, exit and charge is recorded against a plate, a time and an image, so the month's figures reconcile themselves instead of being argued over.
